Gothic bone ring, 13th-15th century, based on a find from Kraljevo in Serbia
In addition to rings made of precious metal, bone rings were also very popular in the late Middle Ages. This replica, based on a find from Kraljevo, Serbia, features the lily as its motif, a frequently used element in many coats of arms and symbolizing the Virgin Mary. Such rings were worn by both men and women.
